An energetic and conscientious leader with a reputation for nurturing strong business relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.

Michael leverages his 30 years of Supply Chain Expertise whereas a Supply Chain Consultant he helped dozens of Fortune 500 Companies with their supply chain strategies. This combined with his top leadership positions with Global Software Companies and Private Equity firms allowed Michael to assist with due diligence, acquisitions, roll-ups, and divestitures for both on-premise, hybrid, and Cloud solutions.

Wohlwend has authored numerous articles for trade publications and has presented more than 100 seminars and speeches at key industry events. These events include Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), ProMat, and Modex.

Michael invests his time by serving in non-profit organizations. Michael served as an Executive Board Member of WERC from 2008 – 2014. In addition, he serves on the Executive Board of Gigi’s Playhouse Downs Syndrome Achievement Centers. His passion is to help Gigi’s young adults get jobs!

Hemateja Ari is a Chicago-based Industrial Engineer with a strong passion for green warehouses and a proven track record in optimizing business processes through sustainable, data-driven insights. Armed with a master’s in industrial and systems engineering, he excels in using tools like OptiSlot, Python, and Power BI to deliver value to clients while prioritizing environmentally conscious solutions. With a background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, Hemateja is committed to continuous improvement, combining efficiency with a dedication to sustainable practices. Certified in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, Hemateja is dedicated to driving eco-friendly efficiency and innovation in every project.
